What Are Breaks?
Breaks involve opening packs or boxes of cards. Many platforms, such as Whatnot auctions, YouTube channels, and company websites, offer live card breaking experiences. You can select a team, player, or character by purchasing a spot, and when the associated person opens the pack or box, the contents are given to the individual who bought that spot.
Our First Experiences
We began participating in breaks with SD Sports Cards shop, purchasing spots for various sports teams across different shows, including the Eagles, Ravens, Lions, Padres, Angels and others. We also joined Disney 100 breaks, securing spots for Ratatouille, Cars, Mickey Mouse & friends, and more. Watching live as people revealed cards and adding new items to our collection was exciting. We once pulled a Mickey Mouse Off the Page Black Kaleidoscope 7/10 card, which we cherished for a while before selling it to a Disney enthusiast on eBay.

Doing Breaks
We began hosting our own breaks on Whatnot. We first opened Annual Marvel 2024 boxes and then moved on to WandaVision and Bruce Lee boxes. It's exhilarating to open packs and see what's inside your own box; it's just as fun to watch what others get. As avid fans of WandaVision/Scarlet Witch and Bruce Lee, we love connecting with fellow enthusiasts and showing newcomers how special some of the cards they obtain can be. Below are cards pulled from both WandaVision and Bruce Lee boxes, illustrating the potential cards available for collection. Each box contains base cards as well as special numbered, relic, autograph, film reels, patch, and other cards.
